We take special occasions and the outdoors very seriously, and strive to provide all of our guests with a one-of-a-kind experience in the heart of the Nantahala River Valley.

Located in Franklin, North Carolina, our property features 4 beautiful cabins, along with special event facilities. 1 of the 4 cabins is designated for couples only, and is located directly on the river.

​The grounds boast some wonderful water features as well as the beauty of the forest. For an additional fee, we even have trophy trout fishing directly on Buck Creek and the Nantahala River should anyone in your party want to catch a trophy trout.

In addition to fantastic fishing, Franklin features a lot of great dining choices, fun activities, breweries and shopping. Whitewater rafting enthusiasts from around the Southeast regularly visit our beautiful area, and the iconic Nantahala Outdoor Center isn't too far away.
